How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?+
We respond to all enquiries within 4 business hours. Most responses arrive within 1–2 hours during UK and US business hours.
What should I include in my message?+
Tell us what problem you are trying to solve, roughly how many people it affects, and any tools or systems it needs to connect with. A few sentences are enough to get started — no formal brief required.
What happens on the discovery call?+
The discovery call is 30–45 minutes. We listen to your use case, ask questions about your workflow, and tell you honestly whether what you need is something we build. There is no sales pitch.
Is there a minimum project size?+
Our minimum engagement is $3,000 for a simple, well-scoped project, and most client projects fall between $5,000 and $20,000. We will tell you upfront if your needs are better served by an off-the-shelf tool.
Do you work with clients outside the US and UK?+
Yes. We work with clients across Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. Time zones are rarely a barrier — we schedule calls to suit you and communicate async so you are never left waiting.
